Grapevine Museums & Galleries

The complex houses several art exhibits and is home to several museums covering different aspects of the city’s history. While you’re there, take the time to visit each of the museums to learn more about the local culture and history. You’ll find that each one has something unique to offer the visitor. The International Porcelain Artist Museum is a privately run museum that showcases a wide variety of porcelain art from the 19th century. You can experience the collection while enjoying a relaxed museum setting. The museum is located at 204 East Franklin Street in Grapevine. You can visit nearby wineries while you’re there, such as Messina Hof Grapevine Winery. It is located at 636 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051.

The Keeling House Museum is a historical landmark that retraces the life of a pioneer in the town. In addition to historical artifacts, the museum has hands-on activities to help visitors learn about life during the early part of the 19th century. The Cotton Ginner’s Museum is another great place to learn about the city’s history.

Visitors can also enjoy the local cuisine and wines by visiting the local wineries. Several vineyards are located near Grapevine Lake, making for a fun family day. You can also visit LEGOLAND®, located near the Grapevine Recreation Area. You’ll also find SEA LIFE in this area, which is another great place to visit.

Visitors can also view a wide variety of artwork at the Giddens Gallery of Fine Art. This gallery houses the work of 20 award-winning artists. The work of these artists ranges from traditional brush work to mixed media. The majority of the pieces are two-dimensional, although there are a few three-dimensional pieces as well.

Another museum in Grapevine is the Cotton Mill Museum. Located adjacent to the Grain Mill, this museum showcases a cotton mill building and various artifacts from the region’s history. You can even watch a cotton mill demonstration on select days. The museum also houses various historic buildings, including police equipment and a schoolhouse.
